K • E • P & the Organization
How Does It Work?
The KIEF Council through its Board of Trustees is the governing body
On behalf of the governing body there is a Steering Committee that controls K-E-P implementation
KIF in Europe keeps evidence of funds and approves donations for different projects
RSC will take care of day-to-day communication, publication and financial matters to those involved
Governors in their districts will be responsible for the operation through
K-E-P district committees, or
District foundation, or
K-E-P representative
and will help the local committee in the selected assisted country
Non-districted countries will be involved in selecting projects in their area and will work with the assisting district to install the process
Clubs and districts continue their current projects
The districts may decide upon their target areas. They have to work together with the local clubs in the assisted countries
The districts can spend the money directly in the assisted country or via KIF-E, but they must inform the Steering Committee
